Pairly ("the App") shows complementary products on the product pages of Shopify stores and lets customers add them to their cart. This policy describes what information the App processes when a merchant installs it.
None. The App has no database. Its admin page runs inside the Shopify admin, and the store's plan is saved in the store itself, in a setting only the App can read and write. The App requests no access scope to the store's products, orders or customers.
On the storefront, the App's theme block reads product recommendations from the store's own Shopify pages and adds the products a customer selects to their Shopify cart. It sets no cookies, uses no browser storage, includes no tracking or analytics, and sends no customer information to us.
Paid plans are billed by Shopify. We don't receive or store any payment information.
This page and the App's webhook endpoint are run by Cloudflare. Like any web server, it may keep technical logs of requests (such as IP address and time) for security and troubleshooting, for a limited period.
We don't sell or share any information with third parties.
When a merchant uninstalls the App, Shopify removes the App's settings from the store. Because we hold no store or customer data, data requests and erasure requests have nothing to return or delete.
